When I go through this article, I found that AI can be used in many HR activities such as automating time-consuming activities, assist employees in making cognitive decisions, Digital application forms that are smart, sifting through large pools of applicants, Employee recommendations should be understood, lowering the cost of recruiting, Better candidate encounters, Onboarding.
